Simply fill out the form below or visit Reception and ask for a form there.

Please note that in order to prepare cupcakes for your class all forms must be placed a week before your child's birthday.

No cake orders will be accepted for the first and last 3 days of term.

Payments can be made via cash at the office or on Scopay.
