We offer a variety of clubs after school to cater for many interests.

These clubs vary depending on the time of year and age group

For Chess, Choir & Drama – Book via our School Cloud System

• All clubs will be available to book from Thursday 11th September from 6pm through to Sunday 14th September at midday via https://farleyhillprimaryschool.schoolcloud.co.uk/ and will be available on a first come first served basis.

• All clubs must be paid for in full before the start of the term via Scopay. Failure to do so will result in your child not being able to participate in the club. Club charges will be added to your Scopay account once you have signed up. You will then have until Friday 19th September to ensure payment has been made in full to guarantee your child’s place.

• There will be NO refunds and we cannot allocate funds to another club if your child decides they no longer wish to participate once payment has been received for a club booking.

• Children are only permitted to join 2 clubs in the first instance. If there are spaces after bookings have closed, we will allow additional bookings to be made. This gives all children the opportunity to take part in a club of their choice.

These clubs are open for bookings immediately

• All payments must be paid in full before the start of the term directly to the provider. Payment will either be requested online via their registration systems or you will be asked to make payment via BACS

• By booking with one of our external partners, you are agreeing to share your personal contact information so they may contact you directly regarding club information such as any cancelled clubs, outstanding payments etc.
